Progym Solutions Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • All manuals, paperwork, parts, and accessories must be included.
  • Assembled items may be subject to a restocking/handling fee.
  • If pickup is required using our trucks, additional charges will apply.
  • For online orders that are shipped and not damaged by the factory or courier, returns must be shipped back at your expense. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us to arrange a suitable return solution.
  • Charges related to original delivery, assembly, freight, and shipping are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed at the end of the calendar month after the product has been inspected and must be returned to us beforehand. Product will be replaced based on this assessment.
  • To exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order.
  • Special order or customized items are non-refundable.

Warranty Information

  • All our products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty coverage includes parts irrespective of the product’s location. To address a defective product, it can be sent to one of our branches, or a service call can be arranged for a fee based on distance.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the equipment is regularly serviced to uphold the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover neglect, abuse, or tampering. Proof of purchase is required to utilize the warranty.
