Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to quotes provided by Progym Solutions, a company based in South Africa, henceforth referred to as “Progym Solutions.”

While Progym Solutions has endeavored to ensure the accuracy and current status of the information on this website and in our brochures, we cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, or changes in pricing. All equipment and accessories are subject to availability.

The use of any equipment purchased from Progym Solutions is at the customer’s own risk. Progym Solutions does not offer refunds and will not be responsible for any damages or injuries incurred from using purchased equipment.

Please consult your doctor before using any fitness/gym equipment purchased from us.


Unless specified otherwise, all prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT but exclude delivery, assembly/installation, and transport costs unless stated in writing by Progym Solutions.


If final payment is not made within 14 days after notification that the order is ready for delivery or collection, Progym Solutions reserves the right to retain ownership of the equipment and may sell it to cover expenses. Goods will not be released to transporters unless fully paid.


If items are not collected within 6 weeks of notification of their arrival, Progym Solutions may resell these items.


Delivery is an additional cost. Contact Progym Solutions for a quote.

Delivery is typically Curbside Freight, leaving products at the first dry area of your location, e.g., driveway or front doorstep. Progym Solutions is not responsible for moving equipment beyond this point unless previously arranged via email.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as strikes or natural disasters.


Installation and assembly are available for an additional cost. Contact Progym Solutions for details.


Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipping. Cancellations after shipping but before receipt will incur freight charges deducted from the refund.

Custom-made/special orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization from Progym Solutions. A 10% handling charge applies to all returns, which must be in original packaging and returned within 10 days of purchase.


Damages during transit must be noted on the delivery document and reported within 2 working days. Progym Solutions is not responsible for issues not recorded at the time of delivery.


After sales services will be provided according to the guidelines set by Progym Solutions.
